Yavne vzw - Antwerpen

Yavne vzw is located in the heart of Antwerp, a family Jewish school where warmth, care and connection are central. Due to an increasing number of students, the need for extra classroom space grew, in the short term.

We spoke to the school in mid-March and worked closely together in the following weeks to prepare the project down to the last detail. The compromise was signed a month later, and less than three months later, the period during which the customer also obtained the building permit, there were two fully ready-to-move-in modular classrooms on the playground.

The adjusted dimensions of the units (7.5 x 7.2 meters) proved crucial. The limited space and the difficult accessibility of the site, in the middle of the narrow and busy streets of Antwerp, made customization necessary. Thanks to careful planning and smooth communication, the transport of the various modules, one by one per truck, went smoothly.

The two classrooms were stacked and connected to an external staircase. By the end of June, they were ready to use. The classrooms will remain in place for at least six years and offer a fast, flexible solution that perfectly matches the dynamism and family character of Yavne vzw.
