The interior finish:

Linoleum floor finish in hallways and rooms
Tile floors in sanitary areas
Suspended (false) ceilings to hide pipes and electrical wires
Steel door frames with wooden interior doors
new interior walls in metal stud with plasterboard

The building is EPB approved and meets all fire standards. You can determine the interior layout yourself, you would have a customized building. With the current layout, you can view this system building at Saint Gabriel College in Boechout.
